Position Summary

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented tech savvy individual to join our team as an Administrator. This role presents an exciting entry level opportunity for someone who wants to develop their administrative skills and has an interest in technology to contribute to our firm's growth and development. As we aim to enhance our technological capabilities, this position will play a crucial role in supporting the Collections Team. 
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Manage the firm phone directory
  • Assist with reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Assist with orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or office assistant
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Teamwork skills
