Responsibilities

  • Establish the data & process foundation for product and general analytics at Harvey

  • Partner with Product, Exec Team, GTM, & Finance to create and maintain standard dashboards that measure business health

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations

  • Partner with engineering to define data schemas, data models, and make technology decisions

  • Analyze and synthesize competitive dynamics and customer insights to highlight opportunities to improve our business

  • Expert at answering product questions & crafting narratives with data

  • Expert with SQL, dbt, Python, and other common analytics tools

  • Strong communication with the ability to build meaningful stakeholder relationships

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous cross-functional projects across Product, GTM, and Finance

  • Big picture thinking while still delivering on the details

  • Experience in a B2B / commercial environment

  • This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
