Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000
Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP seeks a Director of Operations to help guide the work of our firm in a period of notable growth.
As the senior leader managing multiple teams, you will bring a steady focus to all projects within the firm’s non-legal departments. We’re looking for a candidate with the ability to forecast the needs of a given project many months out, with the sense of vision and ability to delegate in order to accomplish the established goals. You will oversee multiple departments, including: intake, records, facilities, office support, library services, and administrative support. This role also oversees the tracking of CLE/admission requirements for attorneys and paralegals. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Human Resources, General Counsel, and our Executive Committee, while reporting to the COO/CFO. The ability to synthesize strategic direction from firm leadership and translate that into clear and purposeful action among the teams you oversee is essential.
