Our law firm is seeking a family attorney who can assist our clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law, including child custody, child abuse, and domestic violence. Jobseekers should be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, child support, and real estate, and be able to effectively engage in oral debate and negotiation even in highly stressful and emotional situations. • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
• Contribute to the sales efforts for the firm by handling incoming PNC calls
• Take responsibility for collection rate and accounts receivables for your clients

• You must be comfortable and excited by the prospect of leveraging technology in the course of practicing law
• A passion for the practice of divorce and family law
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois and live within our coverage area (Kane, Cook, Lake, DuPage, and Will Counties)
• Must have worked on family law issues for at least 5+ years
• Possess a solid working knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRMs, time tracking software, Slack, Zoom, etc.
