Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP is seeking a well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Government Relations Secretary to join its team. As a Government Relations Secretary, you will provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, manage legal documentation, including preparation of bi-monthly and annual lobbying disclosure forms and tracking fundraisers and campaign donations, and facilitate communication with clients and other parties involved in Government Relations. This position requires heavy phone use including scheduling meetings and lobbying days for multiple Government Relations professionals.
