Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a dynamic and fast-growing full-service law firm of more than 400 attorneys and professionals, is seeking an experienced Office Services Manager to oversee the efficient operation of courier, print, and mailroom services in its Charlotte, NC office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include supervising a team managing courier, print, and mailroom services; negotiating and overseeing contracts with courier, print, and mailroom service vendors; ensuring operations comply with firm policies, industry standards, and legal regulations; analyzing workflows and implementing efficiency improvements in courier, print, and mailroom functions and working closely with senior leadership to align service operations with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in service functions. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and cost control is a plus. A high school diploma or the equivalent required, with 5+ years of experience managing courier, print, or mailroom operations, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. 4-year degree preferred.
