As part of our strategic growth and commitment to fostering collaboration and operational excellence, we are transitioning to a hybrid working model. This position is based in Prishtina, Kosovo and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.This hybrid approach enables us to build a collaborative and innovative work environment while maintaining the flexibility that supports both productivity and work-life balance. Overview: As a Alliances Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for achieving channel sales revenue and referral targets.
• Create and manage global partner programs to address different partner requirements, including such programs for Alliance, Reseller, OEM/Integration, Training and Consulting partners.
• Manage global partner relationships, acting as primary contact for partners regarding contract negotiations, conflicts, and other day to day queries.
• Work closely with the regional sales managers to ensure our partner programs make a positive contribution to their commercial objectives.
• Work with marketing to develop partner marketing campaigns and programs.
• Design and implement partner training programs and certifications.
  Identify new partners based on regional or industry requirements.
• Enable reseller partners to ensure they are well positioned to uncover and win commercial opportunities for our solutions.
• Work with technology partners to ensure they are up to date on our latest developments and to identify new integration opportunities.
• Participate in regular sales team meetings and sales conferences to ensure the needs of our partners are represented.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions.
• Help define business requirements by contributing ideas for enhancing existing solutions and creating new ones.

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years in technology/software field
• A results-oriented self-starter.
• Team-focused, with the ability to gain the personal support of others.

• Disciplined, organized and methodical in approach to tasks and activities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
