As part of our strategic growth and commitment to fostering collaboration and operational excellence, we are transitioning to a hybrid working model. Fully In Office-This position is based in Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh, London, and Nottingham offices, and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week
Overview: As a Data Services Analyst at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, to support and streamline enterprise data migration and integration projects. This role is ideal for a citizen developer who thrives in low-code environments and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
Design and deploy Power Automate flows to support data migration and integration between platforms.
Set up and maintain ADF pipelines to enable data flow between systems
Configure secure and scalable connections to production environments using low-code tools and best practices
Adapt existing or create new T-SQL scripts and stored procedures to extract and transform legacy data into Litera staging database formats
Deliver test migration and integrations, manage issue logs and lead issue review meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Support go-live activities by ensuring data readiness, flow reliability, and access control.
Work with Senior Data Services Analysts to maintain and enhance automation assets to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience building and managing Power Automate flows to automate data movement, transformation, and notifications across systems.
Familiarity with Dataverse and its integration with Power Platform tools for managing structured data.
Ability to connect and orchestrate data pipelines between on-premises SQL databases and cloud services using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Power Automate connectors.
Experience with service principal authentication, Azure Key Vault, and secure credential handling in automation workflows.
Understanding of staging database setup, backup/restore processes, and permissions management for go-live readiness.
Experience of working with T-SQL and developing SQL ETL processes
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement through automation.
Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English, for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously
Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours as required.
Team player with strong and proven interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Can do attitude and an obsession for a great customer experience
Experience in operating in a client facing role
Knowledge PowerShell, JSON, SSIS, Azure Service Bus and Visual C#

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $55,000 to $75,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
