Overview:

As a Director of Revenue Programs and Discovery at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

This role strengthens how we understand customers, shape our messaging, and execute revenue programs. You will turn customer conversations into clear insights, refine the way we communicate with the market, and create feedback loops that guide sales, marketing, and product. You will manage advisory panels and communities of practice to bring consistent field and customer input into our decisions. You will coordinate revenue programs across teams, simplify them for the field, and ensure they deliver measurable results. This role improves discovery quality, accelerates commercial decisions, and reinforces strong execution across the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate discovery as an insight driven discipline by standardizing messaging, personabased content, solution-based content, and value narratives that inform commercial and customer interaction.

  • Listen to and review call recordings and customer interactions to surface insights that shape our go to market messaging and guide sales enablement focus areas.

  • Identify recurring themes and pinpoint where sales reps need targeted coaching to improve how they engage with prospects.

  • Use your legal background to ensure our value propositions align with the expectations of legal industry clients and strengthen the relevance of our messaging.

  • Develop and A/B Test Communication Templates: Craft and iterate on sales engagement emails using ongoing A/B testing and feedback from call recordings to ensure highimpact outreach.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement in Messaging: Use insights gathered from both customer interactions and A/B test results to refine our communication strategy, boosting win rates and increasing the rate at which new opportunities are created.

  • Establish and Lead Field Advisory Panel: Create and manage an internal advisory panel composed of field sales reps, frontline stakeholders, and other key team members to gather continuous feedback.

  • Build communities of practice and advisory networks (e.g., customer councils, TAAG style groups) to strengthen product–customer alignment and advocacy.

  • Drive Comprehensive Feedback Loops: Utilize this panel to collect insights on system usability, enablement needs, sales process improvements, and customer messaging effectiveness, ensuring a well-rounded perspective on how we can adapt and evolve.

  • Integrate Field Insights into Strategy: Ensure that the feedback gathered from the advisory panel is systematically funneled into our communication, enablement, and process improvement efforts, creating a strong, ongoing feedback loop that directly informs our strategic decisions.

  • Coordinate revenue programs between Sales, CS, SE/SC, Marketing, and Product to create alignment with all active programs being ran between the various teams and ensuring the programs success.

  • Execute, manage, and simplify new and existing programs, so the field team understands them, uses them, and sees clear value in their day-to-day work.

  • Monitor program performance and surface insights that guide adjustments in strategy and execution.

  • Accelerate commercial decisions using discovery insights to shape compelling value stories, and multiproduct proposals that improve win rates and deal velocity.

  • Reinforce execution standards, performance culture, and change adoption across the revenue organization.
