This position is based in Raleigh and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.
Overview: As an Enablement Program Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and scale Technical Support Enablement strategy, designing and continuously evolving product bootcamps and structured continuous upskilling programs.
- Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Technical Support bootcamps, including intake, prioritization, curriculum design, delivery, assessment, and iteration.
- Standardize enablement excellence by overseeing the development of high‑quality, scalable training assets.
- Mentor, coach, and performance‑manage bootcamp participants, providing clear expectations, actionable feedback, and structured development pathways.
- Utilize enablement as a change management engine within Technical Support, championing continuous improvement, operational rigor, and learning as a core capability.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Enablement peers to ensure training programs are aligned with real‑world support scenarios, upcoming releases, and customer impact.
- Define, track, and analyze enablement metrics and effectiveness success indicators
- Embed a values‑based leadership approach and ensure operational excellence across enablement programs.

- Demonstrated leadership skills and attention to detail
- A problem solver and critical thinker dedicated to continuous improvement
- Prior experience in a leadership or training position
- Able to collaborate and also lead with decision making
- Sound time management skills
