Overview: As a PMS Consulting and Enablement Lead at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the successful implementation of our legal practice management software (PMS) to customers. Guides and advises other consultants who are also engaged on customer implementations that have dependencies on, or connections to, finance
Acts as subject matter expert on the financial operations of a legal services business
Participates in key customer meetings (project kick offs, escalations, project meetings)
Participates in the creation and/or completion of documentation to capture customer specific configurations - advanced/technical/expert
Oversees PMS migrations and provides signoff/approval prior to go live
Oversees and provides signoff/approval, for all PMS projects, the smooth handover from project delivery into business as usual (BAU) support
Advises the Support team in relation to legal finance issues as appropriate
Supports the sales team in customer meetings where expertise in legal finance management software, migrations and integrations is required
Supports Product Management team where required, providing information to enable effective decision making regarding how our legal practice management software is developed
Engages with new and existing customers to maximize usage and value of our legal practice management software
Supports, advises, and shares knowledge to increase competency across internal teams in relation to legal practice management software
Makes recommendations relating to the best use of the Peppermint solution
Provides management with regular, timely updates
Qualifications:
Previous significant experience implementing software solutions into law firms or other regulatory environments
Understands and has demonstrated previous success in a Consultancy role (previous experience of working in professional services in a fee earning consultancy role)
Significant experience and knowledge of financial processes and systems (ideally legal finance systems and associated regulations)
Ability to identify, prioritize and manage the closing of gaps in delivery and post-delivery processes, procedures and documentation
Understanding of Peppermint software functionality (advanced). Note that this will be developed on the job, or from previous experience of Peppermint software solutions
Degree level qualification (ideally business or technology related) or equivalent relevant experience
Holds qualification, specific professional memberships to support knowledge (ILFM, Lexel, ICO, Accountancy quals)
Ability to write technical documentation and follow standard methodology
Successfully supported pre-sales activities in Consultancy role
C-level client facing experience
Proven technical ability to implement functionality into software
Understands how law firms tick - the challenges and the opportunities
Experience in working with partners, 3rd party vendors
Strong written and verbal skills. Ability to articulate clearly

Pay Transparency Notice for New Jersey Applicants:
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
