Where You’ll Work

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, India with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

This role drives the connection between customer needs, market opportunities, and product execution. You will shape product strategy, guide cross functional teams, and help deliver solutions that create meaningful customer impact. By translating market insights into clear priorities and roadmaps, you will play a key role in how we innovate and compete. This position has direct influence on both product success and business growth.

What You'll Deliver

  • Develop a deep understanding of the products your teams create and support.

  • Act as the “messenger of the market” from the outside-in to the rest of the organization.

  • Analyze various market segments and collaborate with leadership to choose the best ones to pursue.

  • Develop and maintain a three-year roadmap for our products to illustrate our vision and plan into the future.

  • Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product marketing, sales and customer success on the creation of positioning for your products.

  • Create detailed user stories for current and future products based on the market’s problems.

  • Facilitate release and sprint planning processes, scrum ceremonies, and empower team commitments for release and sprint delivery.

  • Collaborate with teams, monitor and track release and sprint milestones, and facilitate mitigation of issues and risks.

  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from sunsetting legacy products to prototyping and testing new features/products and ideas.

  • Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement.

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of our competition, and develop strategies and tactics to reduce the threat.

What You'll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within agile product development environments

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong product and technology mindset with a passion for building customer focused solutions and delivering exceptional user experiences

  • Experience using collaboration and product tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, Teams, and M365

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable direction across technical and non technical audiences

  • Analytical and metrics driven approach with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful insights and strategic decisions

  • Strong understanding of agile scrum methodologies, release planning, and lean product development principles

  • Ability to evaluate how product decisions and feature requests impact customers, operations, and broader business strategy

  • Self motivated and comfortable balancing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and communicating clearly around tradeoffs and commitments

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience within the legal or legal technology industry, including Document Management Systems and M365 environments, is a plus
