Note: This position is hybrid based in Denver, Colorado and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.
About the Role
This hybrid role combines project coordination and office management to keep engineering projects on track and the Engineering Center of Excellence running smoothly. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to manage schedules, track deliverables, and ensure operational excellence in a fast‑paced legal technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations; ensure alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams.
Meeting & Communication Management: Organize and facilitate team ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), prepare agendas, capture decisions, and distribute action items promptly.
Status Reporting & Risk Management: Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and publish weekly dashboards and stakeholder updates; escalate blockers and drive resolution.
Process & Tool Stewardship: Implement and refine project management standards, templates, and workflows; ensure consistent use of tools like Microsoft and Jira for tracking and reporting.
Vendor & Contract Coordination: Support onboarding contractors and vendors, manage SOW timelines, and coordinate invoice approvals in partnership with Finance and Procurement.
Office Operations Oversight: Manage day‑to‑day site logistics including space planning, visitor management, supplies, and equipment requests; act as liaison with building facilities and IT for maintenance and security.
Budget & Procurement Support: Track small‑scale office budgets, process purchase orders, and reconcile monthly expenses in compliance with company policy.
Onboarding & Event Coordination: Partner with HR, Marketing and IT to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires; plan and execute onsite events, demos, and quarterly team kickoffs.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve team efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience in the office environment.
Qualifications
Required:
2–4+ years in project coordination or project management within a tech environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills; adept at follow‑through.
Familiarity with project tools (Asana/Microsoft Project/Jira), documentation platforms, and collaboration apps (Confluence).
Ability to manage office operations and vendor interactions.
Preferred:
Experience in legal technology or enterprise software.
Exposure to QA/release processes and multi‑team coordination.
Basic financial tracking and event planning experience.

Pay Transparency Notice for Denver Applicants:
The annual salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
