Shape the Future of Legal Technology – and the Enterprise Value Behind It
For over 25 years, Litera has stood at the forefront of legal technology innovation—serving over 2.3 million legal professionals worldwide with an integrated suite of solutions that streamline core legal workflows, enable secure collaboration, and unlock the collective knowledge of firms. Our technology is built by some of the brightest legal and technology minds in the world, designed to give professionals less busy work, and more of their life’s work.
We are now entering our next chapter of accelerated growth and enterprise value creation—and we’re looking for a Business Transformation Director to help lead it.
The Role
This role is ideal for an ambitious transformation professional who thrives on making plans happen. You will operate as the engine of our Transformation Office—turning strategic priorities into clear execution plans, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring stakeholders stay aligned and accountable.
Acting as both PMO lead and hands-on transformation manager, you will own the day-to-day governance of the transformation portfolio—tracking progress, surfacing risks, and enabling leaders to make timely, data-driven decisions. You will partner closely with the Business Transformation Director and C-suite stakeholders, but your focus will be on delivery at pace.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Portfolio Management
· Lead the central PMO function, ensuring all transformation initiatives have clear charters, milestones, KPIs, and resource plans.
· Track progress across multiple workstreams, flagging risks early and driving issue resolution.
· Maintain transformation dashboards and reporting packs for executives and board-level reviews.
· Build Automation in Asana and use AI-enabled capabilities to ensure unified view of performance.
Execution Support & Delivery
· Support workstream leads in turning strategic priorities into executable action plans.
· Drive cross-functional alignment, removing blockers and ensuring delivery stays on track.
· Partner with Finance and Analytics to track benefits realization against enterprise value targets.
· Document dashboards and prepare the slides for all executive presentations.
Governance & Change Management
· Run governance forums, including steering committees and status reviews, ensuring decisions are documented and followed through.
· Support change management activities to embed new processes, tools, and ways of working.
· Help build repeatable PMO processes, templates, and tools to institutionalize transformation discipline across the business.
What You Bring
· 4–6 years of experience in transformation delivery, PMO leadership, or program management—ideally in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
· Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
· Proficiency in synthesizing information at Exce and PowerPoint, and project management tools; experience with dashboarding and reporting automation a plus.
· Data-driven mindset—able to translate metrics into meaningful insights and drive action.
· Strong communicator—capable of engaging both senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
· Experience in legal tech, SaaS, or PE-backed companies is an advantage but not essential.
Why Join Litera’s Transformation Office?
· Strategic Impact – You will be at the center of shaping the company’s trajectory and delivering tangible enterprise value.
· Global Scale – Work in a truly international environment with some of the most innovative minds in legal tech.
· Executive Visibility – Partner directly with the C-suite and influence decision-making at the highest levels.
· Investment in You – Competitive benefits, career development pathways, and the opportunity to shape the future of legal technology.
· Culture That Delivers – A values-driven team that combines pace, precision, and purpose.
