Overview: As the Senior Professional Services Consultant within the Foundation Firm Intelligence business at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Litera software for customers, including both onboarding and value-added services
  • Delivering services as outlined in SOWs and other requirements documents.
  • Managing moderately complex projects independently
  • Ensuring all project deliverables are delivered on time and on target, and projects conclude successfully with high customer satisfaction
  • Providing product, consultative, and business analyst expertise to customers and prospective customers
  • Keeping all project constituents informed of project status.
  • Mitigating project risks and issues
  • Managing project scope and communicating scope overage risks proactively to customers
  • Demonstrating expertise in assigned products
  • Providing high-quality written materials as part of customer projects
  • Providing pre-sales and post-implementation assistance as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in legal technology with experience at a law firm and/or legal tech SaaS company required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the law firm technology ecosystem, including how core systems integrate and interact, as well as insight into emerging legal tech trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level projects and coordinate team efforts.
  • Thrives in agile environments where priorities shift rapidly in response to market opportunities and customer needs, consistently maintaining focus, flexibility, and effectiveness amid change.
  • Ability to strategically balance external customer needs with internal business objectives, ensuring solutions drive client success while supporting scalable, efficient, and sustainable company outcomes.
  • Passion for driving customer success with excellent communication skills and a tenacious approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong MS Office skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Foundation or other law firm experience management solutions preferred.
  • Experience working with law firm marketing, business development and/or knowledge management teams preferred.
  • Willingness to travel on an occasional basis
