Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: This role is based in London, and we’re looking for someone within a reasonable commuting distance, who can join us in the office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why this Role Matters
As a Sales Engineer, you will directly impact revenue by translating complex technology into clear business value, helping customers understand, evaluate, and ultimately choose our solutions. You play a critical role in advancing deals, shaping customer perception, and ensuring a seamless path from first conversation through successful delivery.
What You’ll Do
Lead customer-centric product demonstration strategy to improve deal conversion and buyer confidence
Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver impactful, value-based customer experiences
Own the end-to-end pre-sales demonstration and evaluation process from initial demo through Proof of Concept
Identify opportunities to optimize demo effectiveness, messaging, and customer engagement across the sales cycle
Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations both in person and virtually, aligned to customer pain points and needs
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven business outcomes for C-suite, influencers, and end users
Facilitate and support evaluations and Proof of Concepts while ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sale delivery
Develop and leverage compelling customer stories while continuously building market, product, and customer insight across the business

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-layered decision-making processes
Demonstrated credibility as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leaders within large, global organizations
Strong interest in learning and evangelizing technology solutions that address complex business challenges
Highly organized with a collaborative mindset and a strong bias for execution
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Commitment to transparency, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, Azure, and AI-driven tools
