Where You’ll Work
This is a hybrid role based in Denver with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

In this role, you will lead the optimization of the platform, improve how teams work, and deliver scalable solutions that support growth. Your work will directly influence data integrity, user experience, business efficiency, and decision making across global teams.
What You'll Deliver
Optimize and scale the Salesforce platform to improve performance, usability, and business outcomes across teams
Translate business needs into thoughtful configurations, automation, and solutions that simplify workflows and increase efficiency
Strengthen data quality, reporting, and dashboards to support better insights and more confident decision making
Lead release management, testing, and deployments that improve platform stability while reducing risk
Identify opportunities to enhance the platform through new Salesforce capabilities, tools, and process improvements
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, guiding best practices and influencing scalable solution design
Resolve complex issues and serve as an escalation point to keep business operations moving
Mentor junior administrators and help elevate team standards, documentation, and operational discipline

What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex or enterprise environment
Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, security, automation tools, and data management
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into scalable platform solutions
Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across technical and non technical teams
Experience building reports, dashboards, and controls that improve visibility and data integrity
Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Nice-to-Haves:
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with agile delivery and SaaS environments.

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
