Job Title: Social Media Specialist
Job Location: Pasadena, CA (In-Person)
Job Hours: Full-time / 40 hours per week (Mo-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)
Starting Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
· Manage our Life page across platforms, staying on top of social media trends and developing creative content ideas that highlight our people, culture, and day-to-day life
· Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
· Collaborate with recruiting and internal teams to showcase events, team moments, and behind-the-scenes content
· Develop and maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
· Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and track performance metrics
Minimum Qualifications:
· Experience managing a brand or company social media account with a strong understanding of platforms and current trends
· Comfortable being on camera and producing short-form video content
· Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
· Creative storytelling ability with a genuine interest in people and culture content
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a content calendar
· Ability to create a comfortable, engaging environment that helps team members feel at ease on camera
