Position Summary: Litera is looking for a Senior Software Engineer-Full stack to help grow our development team. You will participate in the full SDLC from preliminary system analysis to testing and deployment. This hybrid-engineering role includes building high quality and fully performing software that meets quality and software development standards alongside a great team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, maintainable code that is extensible with minimum number of defects.
• Source for expert level knowledge of modern software development techniques and methodologies
• Provide guidance on modern software engineering techniques and methodologies for code reviews.
• Take ownership of product features from estimates to design and development.
• Refactor and improve existing software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to complete tasks.
• Manage individual task priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree
• 5+ years of professional work experience implementing full-stack solutions to real business
• Extensive understanding of software development principles (object-oriented design, SOLID, TDD, KISS, DRY)
• Solid foundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Extensive knowledge in: js and server frameworks such as Express, Web frameworks like Vue/Nuxt, React/Next or Angular, REST API development, SQL/NoSQL database modeling, and Cloud computing (AWS and Azure)
• Extensive knowledge of cloud software design patterns and development
• Good to have experience in C#, Containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes), Microservices, Serverless functions, UI/UX concepts, Agile/SCRUM
• Strong team player who is open to give and receive
• Willingness to learn and the desire to improve your craft and share the knowledge with
• English level – Intermediate
