This position is based in one of the locations listed below and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Overview: The Solutions Consultant is a customer-facing advisor responsible for driving adoption of our practice-of-law tools across strategic & enterprise accounts. In this role you will deal directly with lawyers and legal professionals to understand existing workflows, advise on product best-practice, and collaborate on success plans. You will also work cross-functionally with customer success, product, revenue and marketing teams within Litera to articulate customer feedback and devise effective adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with assigned customers to build key relationships and partner on product adoption.
Create and execute account-specific plans to drive end-user engagement, grow usage and build positive customer sentiment.
Develop and maintain expertise in designated Litera products to lead trainings, consultations and discovery sessions. Advise on prompting techniques to enable customers to maximize value from GenAI features.
Monitor usage data and customer feedback to identify white space for growth, spot key trends, and provide recommendations for further engagement.
Establish champions and advocates to facilitate case study and testimonial initiatives.
Influence product roadmaps by articulating customer feedback and target use cases, and provide expert insight on new feature proposals.
Onboard new customers through role-based enablement and support product owners with roll-out planning.
Collaborate with internal customer success and revenue teams to align on engagement, growth and renewal strategy.
Qualifications & Skills
Either: 2+ years practising law at a top tier law firm or in-house corporate team. Transactional focus preferred but not essential.
Or: 5+ years in Consulting, Customer Success or related SaaS role, preferably with experience in legal tech.
Proven record working at pace to a high standard with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a range of personas and build trusted relationships.
Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and guide customers on best practices.
Self-motivated and comfortable with an ever-changing technological landscape.

Pay Transparency Notice for New Jersey Applicants:
The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $103,000 Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
