Role Overview

As Senior Director, Strategic Programs, you will drive enterprise-level initiatives that align with organizational goals and accelerate growth. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage complex programs, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute strategic programs that support corporate objectives and long-term vision.

  • Program Management: Oversee multiple high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for critical programs.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in program governance and operational excellence.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy-in and transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic program management, preferably in technology or legal tech sectors.

  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Familiarity with legal technology trends and enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
