This position is based in one of the locations below and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week.

Overview
We are seeking a leader responsible for Litera's website and digital presence, with a passion for excellence in web design and performance as well as innovative content that drive growth in AEO and our overall digital presence. You love the excitement of a fast-paced environment working with a global team and across multiple functions, while at the same time ensuring high-quality work. This person will drive strategic projects and provide recommendations on improvement initiatives to other marketing peers. This leader will also track our eCommerce performance, and provide the recommendations needed for it to be a growing source of revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Website and Digital Presence
- Lead the modernization and strategy and execution for Litera.com, prioritizing high impact areas that advance our corporate message, positioning, and AEO presence
- Manage our team of web developers, and digital marketers as well as contract resources
- Oversee website architecture leveraging Drupal CMS
- Develop and regularly report on key performance metrics to track the impact of tests and initiatives
- Optimize for customer and user journeys to create intuitive pathways to uncover answers quickly
- Lead stakeholders across functions to ensure high priority content is well-maintained, and older content is removed
- Lead the technical strategy, maintenance, and optimization of litera.com, ensuring best-in-class performance, security, and privacy in collaboration with Litera’s engineering team.
- Conversion Rate Optimization - including launching A/B tests and Personalization Experiments.
AEO, SEO, and Content Strategy
- Drive AEO and SEO search visibility in strategic areas of the business through implementing best practices
- Lead efforts to suggest and rapidly create content in collaboration with marketing and product teams that aligns with AEO and SEO objectives.
- Monitor prompt and keyword research to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Act as AI best practice advisor to the rest of the marketing team to ensure we are creating content to keep up.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key web traffic, performance, and ROI KPI’s
- Leverage tools such as Profound, Kameleoon, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Analytics as well as Salesforce dashboards and Looker Studio
- Create regular performance reports for leadership with insights and recommendations.
- Use data-driven analysis to guide strategic decisions and prioritize initiatives.
eCommerce Performance
- Drive improvement of the Webstore eCommerce platform to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Implement testing strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in web management or digital marketing
- 3+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience managing enterprise-level websites using Drupal or similar CMS, as well as eCommerce platforms
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and web analytics
- Experience with website migrations and integrations
- Proficiency with analytics platforms: SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Analytics as well as Salesforce dashboards and Looker Studio
- Excellent project management and communication skills

Pay Transparency Notice for Massachusetts, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Toronto Applicants:
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company contribution, and incentive and recognition programs. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
