CAREER OPPORTUNITYTechnology Support Associate  

The Technology Support Associate will support the day-to-day execution of technology initiatives across the organization. This is a true entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career or with hands-on experience who is interested in technology, systems, and operations.
 

You will work closely with the Technology Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrators, and Operations Analyst to assist with system implementations, user support, and coordination across platforms. This role is designed to provide practical, on-the-job exposure to business systems, CRM tools, and operational workflows.
 

Title: Technology Support Associate 

Location: Pasadena, CA 

Hours: Full-Time / 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour (depending on experience)
 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Technology Execution Support

· Assist with rollout of new tools, system updates, and integrations.

· Support testing, documentation, and basic user training for new systems.


User Support & Ticketing

· Provide basic day-to-day technical support to team members.

· Help track and manage support requests or trouble tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.


CRM & Systems Support (Salesforce or similar)

· Help with user access, simple data updates, and report support.

· Provide basic assistance with dashboards, records, and workflows.


Onboarding & Access Management

· Assist with onboarding new team members by setting up system access and accounts.

· Help manage user permissions and ensure proper access levels across systems.


Data & Operations Support

· Assist in monitoring data quality and supporting reporting requests.

· Perform data cleanup and help maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.

· Help document workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).


Cross-Functional Coordination

· Support communication between teams during system updates or changes.

· Gather feedback from users and help escalate issues or improvements.


Documentation & Organization

· Maintain internal documentation, training materials, and knowledge base resources.

· Ensure information is organized, current, and accessible.

Minimum Qualifications: 

· High school diploma or equivalent experience/certifications (college coursework or degree is a plus, but not required).

· Interest in automation, AI tools, and improving workflows.

· Strong interest in technology, systems, or operations.

· Basic familiarity with tools like Excel or similar.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

· Exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

· Experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar is a plus.


Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken & written). Spanish is a plus
