Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and operationally minded Vice President of Professional Services to lead our global delivery organization. This role is responsible for the successful implementation and consulting of Literaβs Legal Tech products across diverse client environments. The VP will oversee the administration, reporting, P&L, and utilization of the Professional Services team, ensuring high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global professional services strategy aligned with Literaβs business goals.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to drive customer outcomes and adoption.
- Operational Excellence
- Own the P&L for the Professional Services organization, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and manage KPIs for utilization, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Implement scalable processes and systems for project management, resource allocation, and reporting.
- Team Management
- Lead and grow a high-performing global team of consultants, project managers, and delivery specialists.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
- Customer Engagement
- Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value.
- Develop service offerings and consulting packages that align with customer needs and product capabilities.
- Innovation & Enablement
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and training.
- Stay ahead of Legal Tech trends and ensure the team is equipped to consult on emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services leadership, ideally within SaaS or Legal Tech.
- Proven success managing global teams and owning P&L responsibilities.
- Strong background in operations, systems management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in project delivery, customer engagement, and consulting services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with legal workflows and law firm operations.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, PSA platforms, and data visualization software.
- Background in scaling services organizations through growth and transformation.
