  • Partner with global HR to support engagement, performance reviews, and employee development programs.

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing with local payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment.
  • Support compensation benchmarking and adjustments in coordination with global HR team

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for local roles, from posting to offer stage.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and new hire documentation.
  • Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Administrative & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with Kosovo labor laws and regulations.
  • Support audits, reporting, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Legal on contracts, invoices, and HR-related expenses.

Global HRBP Team Collaboration

  • Act as an active member of the global HR Business Partner community, sharing insights and best practices.
  • Support global and regional HR initiatives, projects, and rollouts as required.
  • Provide coverage or assistance to other HRBPs during peak periods or absences, where appropriate.
  • Ensure local practices align with global HR frameworks, policies, and standards.

Qualifications:
